Last updated: 14th September 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Beauvyn through our website www.beauvyn.com (the “Site”). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply only to consumers purchasing for personal use, not for resale or business purposes.

1. Who We Are

Beauvyn is a trading name of Beauvyn Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 16394297 and registered office at 128 City road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

You can contact us at:

  • Email: info@Beauvyn.com

2. Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you are offering to purchase products in accordance with these Terms.
  • Your order is accepted only when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us. At that point, a binding contract is formed.
  • If we cannot accept your order (for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions), we will notify you and you will not be charged.

3. Products

  • We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, packaging may vary from that shown on the Site.
  • We may make minor changes to products where necessary to reflect updates in regulation, ingredient sourcing, or to improve quality.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges will be shown separately at checkout.
  • We accept payment by the methods displayed on our Site. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
  • If there is an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to supply products at that incorrect price. We will contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are set out at checkout.
  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
  • If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will inform you and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

6. Subscriptions

  • If you subscribe for recurring deliveries, we will supply products at your chosen interval until you cancel.
  • Payment will be taken prior to each dispatch.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us at info@beauvyn.com. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

  • You may cancel your order and return unopened, unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return, email info@beauvyn.com with your order number, name, address, and reason for return.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (or suitable equivalent) within 14 days of confirmation. You are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Please use a tracked/signed-for service, as responsibility for safe return rests with you.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@beauvyn.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned product, and no later than 30 calendar days.
  • Delivery charges (standard or express), customs duties, import taxes, and gift wrapping cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds for items bought as gifts will only be issued to the original purchaser.

10. Ownership and Risk

  • Products become your responsibility once delivered to the address provided.
  • Ownership of products passes to you only once full payment is received.

11. Our Liability

  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or Site.
  • Our supplements are intended to support health and wellbeing, but they are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or supplement routine.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
