Shipping policy

At Beauvyn, we aim to get your supplements to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders.
    Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of a return, except where the product is faulty or damaged. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

2. Delivery Times

  • Once dispatched, UK standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • International delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing and local postal services.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be processed and dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Order Tracking

  • All dispatches include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
  • If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us at info@beauvyn.com.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may attempt redelivery or leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection in line with their delivery procedures.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or missed collection, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

6. International Shipping

  • Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs, import duties, or taxes may apply and are not included in the purchase price. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be payable upon delivery.
  • Delivery estimates may be longer due to customs processing or local postal delays.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@beauvyn.com within 7 days of delivery and before using the product, providing your order details and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete, in line with our Return Policy.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. Beauvyn cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
