Refund policy

At Beauvyn, we take great pride in the quality and care behind our supplements. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we want to make the return process clear and straightforward.

1. Change of Mind or Unsuitable Product

    You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund (excluding original shipping fees).

    How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

    1. Email info@beauvyn.com within 30 days of delivery, using the subject line “Return Request”, and include:

    • Your order number
    • Full name and address
    • A brief reason for the return

    2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions by email. 

    3. Once approved, items must be securely repackaged in their original or suitable protective packaging and returned within 14 days of confirmation.

    For change-of-mind or unsuitable product returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping will be covered by Beauvyn. 

    We recommend using a tracked and signed-for postal service, as responsibility for the safe return of the item remains with you until it is received by us.

    2. Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@beauvyn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.

    We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no extra cost to you.

    3. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item, and no later than 30 calendar days.

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

    Please note: Original delivery charges (standard or express), customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, including where a product is returned for a change of mind.

    4. Important Notes & Refund Eligibility

    Refunds will be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

    • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
    • Items are unopened, unused, and sealed
    • Products are returned in resaleable condition
    • Items are returned within 14 days of return approval
    • A valid order number / proof of purchase is provided

    Refunds may be refused or partially issued if:

    • Items have been opened or used
    • Products are returned damaged due to improper packaging
    • Returns are received outside the approved timeframe
    • The product does not meet the conditions above

    Additional Notes

    • Returned products must be sealed, unused, and in resaleable condition, unless the item was faulty upon arrival.
    • Refunds for gifts can only be credited to the original purchaser and returned to the original payment method.
