Beauvyn Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Beauvyn, we want you to feel confident about your purchases. Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or Try Before You Buy. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Payment details are stored securely and will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time. Links to manage your subscription can be found in your order confirmation emails.

2. Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are out-of-stock or not yet available. Payment may be taken in full or partially at checkout, with the remainder charged when the product is fulfilled.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

If you participate in a Try Before You Buy offer, the same principles as subscriptions and pre-orders apply:
- You may cancel before the product is fulfilled.
- Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, but returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy.
