Terms and Conditions
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email info@beauvyn.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name and address
- The email used to place the order
- The reason for your request
Use the subject line “30 Day Guarantee” to help us process your request quickly. We will reply within one working day with confirmation and return instructions.
If a return is required, the product (including packaging ) must be returned within 14 days of our confirmation email.
For security, we recommend using a tracked or signed delivery service, as refunds cannot be issued for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, and no later than 30 calendar days after receiving the returned product.
